Clowns. com seeks a highly motivated phone support representative to join our growing team. As a phone support representative, you will play a key role in screening and transferring calls to the companys sales or support team.*Responsibilities:** Screen calls and transfer to the appropriate department or individual based on the nature of the inquiry.* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.* Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.*Requirements:** Must be able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment* Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.* Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.* Proficiency in using phone systems and customer service software.* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.Shift: Monday to Thursday 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch breakPay: $18 - $20/ hour plus $1 bonus for every SALES call you transferJob Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 25 per weekExperience level:* No experience needed* Under 1 yearShift:* Day shiftWeekly day range:* Monday to FridayWork setting:* In-person* OfficeAbility to Commute:* Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
