Amazing opportunity for a Bilingual Executive Administrative Assistant looking for an exceptional opportunity with an Entertainment company in Coral Gables, that offers growth potential, and positive work environment. Candidate must have pristine Word/excel/power point skills, excellent organizational skills and a keen ability to multi-task well. Candidate MUST be fully bilingual English/Spanish with excellent written and oral skills. The perfect candidate will have experience managing multiple executive?s calendars and expenses. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be Drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications. Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel. Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence. Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries. Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information. Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies. An Excel expert with knowledge in Pivot Tables is a plus.
