beautiful Boca Raton, FL. Overview As a Licensing & Administrative
Coordinatorat Sage Dental, you provide administrative support with
necessary permits (not construction related), business license
applications, registrations and renewals. Including data request,
funding request, new location research and other special projects
within the Purchasing & Support Services area. Responsibilities
Manage business license renewals o Filing of new registrations o
Renewals of existing registrations Investigate and resolve all
issues for license that haven’t been received. Research
jurisdictional licensing requirements for new locations Prepare
funding request for filings Qualifications Administrative
Experience Ability to apply professional knowledge to carry out
assignments with limited supervision Proficiency in Microsoft
EXCEL, WORD and SharePoint Excellent verbal and written
communication skills Ability to work collaboratively What Sage
