About the RoleAs a Vendor Marketing Specialist at TD SYNNEX,
you'll be a key player in planning, executing, and optimizing
impactful marketing initiatives across a range of vendor accounts.
You'll manage budgets, oversee marketing development funds (MDF),
and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality
campaigns that meet business goals and generate measurable ROI.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic,
multicultural environment where marketing strategy meets
operational excellence. Your ability to communicate, coordinate,
and analyze results will support key decisions that drive partner
and business success.This position is open to candidates residing
in Panama, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, and the
Dominican Republic. -What You'll Do
- Manage marketing projects and workflows using internal tools
and platforms.
- Administer MDF budgets and claims with attention to accuracy,
deadlines, and compliance.
- Coordinate marketing communications across internal and
external stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear ROI reports with
actionable recommendations.
- Support vendor relationship management and marketing activity
execution aligned with business objectives.
- Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects focused
on process optimization.
- Develop compelling presentations for internal and vendor-facing
audiences.
- Participate in collaborative planning with cross-regional and
cross-functional teams
- Additional tasks as assigned to support team and business
priorities.What We're Looking For
- + 1 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or
project management.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required for effective
communication across internal teams and external partners.
- Experience working in dynamic, team-oriented environments
across different functions or cultures is highly valued.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a
related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including
experience preparing and delivering presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and clerical
skills.
- Confident with numbers and proficient in basic financial and
data analysis.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented in response to
shifting business needs.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments
and build strong working relationships.
- Committed to confidentiality, ethical conduct, and
organizational values.
- Proficiency with common business tools and intermediate-level
knowledge of relevant systems.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is a
