experienced Construction Project Manager who thrives in a
fast-paced, detail-driven environment. The ideal candidate has
proven experience in high-end retail and hospitality construction
and is preferably bilingual (English and Spanish). This role
involves managing multiple projects, coordinating teams, and
ensuring that each build reflects the quality and excellence CPM
Builders is known for. Occasional travel along the East Coast is
required. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction
projects, from pre-construction through closeout Develop and
maintain budgets, schedules, and cost reports Coordinate
subcontractors, vendors, and field operations to ensure seamless
execution Conduct site visits and monitor progress, quality, and
safety compliance Lead project meetings with clients, architects,
and engineers Review plans and specifications to ensure design
intent and constructability Proactively identify and resolve issues
to maintain project timelines and budgets Prepare progress reports
and maintain detailed project documentation Travel as needed to
oversee project sites along the East Coast Qualifications Must be
eligible to work in the USA Experience in high-end retail and/or
hospitality construction required Bilingual (English/Spanish)
preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction
project management Strong leadership, organizational, and
communication skills Proficiency in construction management
software (Procore, PlanGrid, or similar) Excellent knowledge of
construction methods, contracts, and safety regulations Reliable
