The role involves overseeing operations of the spa, pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. Our Lifestyle Directors are energetic, fun, and dedicated to making life extraordinary for our communities.Your main goal is to ensure residents and guests receive exceptional experiences from arrival to departure.Additional responsibilities include:

• Organizing and managing monthly events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale events.
• Coordinating with vendors, partners, and suppliers to ensure high-quality service and products.
• Communicating effectively with team members, management, and guests to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintaining high service standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
• Managing budgets, including tracking revenue and expenses.
• Ensuring facilities are clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and overseeing maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with marketing to design promotions, newsletters, and events calendar.
• Staying updated on industry trends.
• Monitoring service quality and making adjustments as needed.
• Responding promptly to calls and emails with information about services and programs.
• Addressing guest concerns professionally and courteously.
• Maintaining a professional appearance in uniform.
