Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Weston, FL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,326 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct liver/transplant experience required License: Active Registered Nurse license Certifications: Current AHA or American Red Cross ACLS Current BLS NIHSS (must obtain prior to start) Must-Have: Strong liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplant experience reflected on skills checklist Proficient in Misonix/CUSA Experience putting organs back in the new patient, not just harvesting Description: Days are 0645 to 1715 with liver call. Additional cases may be performed if no liver/transplant cases are scheduled. Candidates must have strong transplant experience, not just procurement. Participation in training of students and new staff is required as this is a teaching facility. All travelers must be nicotine-free; a negative 10-panel drug screen is required. Time-sensitive modules must be prioritized once confirmed for an assignment. All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission; late requests may not be approved. Facility adheres to smoke-free policies; no exceptions. Candidates should have experience with various surgical procedures, including appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resection, and mastectomy. Familiarity with Steris, electrosurgical units, infection control, and wound management is also preferred. Travelers will be canceled if they fail any EKG and pharmacology tests during orientation. Study materials will be provided, and no remediation is allowed for re-tests. All candidates must be prepared for a strict no-call policy during their assignment.
