Job Description Job Description Job Title: Sterile Processing Manager Location: Tamarac, FL Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Schedule Day Shift (No Weekends) Compensation $20.35 – $28.49 per hour (based on experience) Facility Overview A 317-bed acute care hospital serving its community since 1974 is seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Manager . The facility provides a broad range of medical and surgical services and is recognized for: Orthopedic and joint replacement excellence Orthopedic and spine specialty services Comprehensive behavioral health programs (inpatient and outpatient) Joint Commission Certified Primary Stroke Center Full-service emergency department with senior-friendly accommodations Wound care services Accredited diagnostic imaging Position Summary The Sterile Processing Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for the Central Sterile Processing (CSP) department. This role supports the Director of Surgical Services in staff development, departmental operations, and compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards. The Manager ensures effective decontamination, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments to support safe and efficient procedural services.
