Job SummaryThe Senior Technical Lead in embedded Linux will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in developing embedded Linux solutions. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining embedded software systems while ensuring high performance and reliability.Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of RedHat Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting.
• Sound experience and knowledge in enterprise level.
• Experience with RH Linux and Windows upgrades, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and testing Server OS and related utilities, builds, package installs, performance tuning (Kernel Parameters and Server/Network Parameters).Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor the technical team in developing embedded Linux systems.
• Design and implement software solutions in compliance with project technical and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of embedded Linux solutions.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements in embedded Linux development processes.Skill Requirements
• Proficiency in C programming language for embedded systems.
• Strong experience in developing embedded Linux solutions.
• Knowledge of Linux kernel and device drivers.
• Familiarity with real-time operating systems and embedded development tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Good understanding of hardware-software integration and optimization techniques.CertificationsRelevant certifications in embedded systems and Linux development are a plus.
