fast-paced, high-volume telemedicine production pharmacy filling
over 60,000 orders daily. Our team thrives on efficiency,
precision, and teamwork, and we are seeking a dynamic
Logistics/Warehouse Manager to join our growing operations. A
Logistics/Warehouse Manager in a mail order pharmacy plays a
crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of
medications to patients. This role involves overseeing all aspects
of the warehouse operations and logistics, from receiving and
storing medications to coordinating their shipment to patients'
homes. As a critical member of our operations team, the
Logistics/Warehouse Manager will play an essential role alongside
our Shipping Manager in managing the flow of goods throughout the
facility. This role involves overseeing the receipt of shipping
containers and pallets, kitting processes, and the seamless
movement of inventory from our storage areas to the fulfillment
line. You will be responsible for supervising a team of over 20
employees, including forklift operators and warehouse associates,
working around the clock to ensure continuous and smooth
operations. This role demands a high-energy, driven leader who can
thrive in a metric-focused, Lean-driven environment typical of
Fortune 500 companies. Key Responsibilities: • Inventory
Management: Maintaining accurate records and overseeing the
receiving, storing, and tracking of medications, including
implementing inventory control methods and conducting audits. •
Warehouse Operations: Supervising daily activities such as order
fulfillment (picking, packing, shipping), equipment maintenance,
safety regulations, and maintaining a clean work environment. •
Logistics and Shipping: Coordinating inbound and outbound
shipments, managing transportation routes for timely delivery, and
handling carrier and supplier relationships. • Team Management:
Leading, training, supervising, and developing staff, conducting
performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory
standards, developing policies, and maintaining confidentiality in
accordance with HIPAA. • Process Improvement: Reviewing processes
for efficiency improvements and using data analysis and KPIs to
monitor performance. • Collaboration: Working with other
departments like purchasing, sales, and customer service for
seamless operations. • Manage receiving, storage, inventory
control, and kitting operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness •
Supervise and lead a diverse team of forklift drivers, warehouse
workers, and support staff, fostering accountability and
performance • Build, manage, and optimize shifts, including
scheduling supervisors and team leads to maintain continuous 24/7
operations • Utilize data-driven insights and KPIs to forecast
workload, improve throughput, reduce errors, and drive operational
excellence • Train and mentor team members, some with varying skill
levels, to maintain productivity standards and safety compliance •
Collaborate closely with operations, shipping, and fulfillment
teams to align goals and meet customer demand efficiently •
Implement Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives to
streamline processes and minimize waste Qualifications: • 3 years
of experience in warehouse management, preferably in
pharmaceuticals. • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory
management, and logistics. • Proficiency in warehouse management
systems (WMS). • Strong leadership, communication, and
interpersonal skills. • Problem-solving and decision-making
abilities. • Ability to work independently and multitask. •
Attention to detail and accuracy. • Knowledge of pharmaceutical
industry regulations is preferred. • Adaptability to changes and
ability to work under pressure. • Proven experience in logistics,
warehouse, or high-volume production management, preferably in a
Fortune 500 or similarly scaled environment • Strong expertise in
metrics, data analysis, and performance tracking to make informed
decisions and real-time adjustments • Exceptional leadership skills
with the ability to manage, motivate, and hold accountable a team
with diverse skill levels • Excellent communication skills and the
ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams • High
energy, proactive attitude, and the drive to build a strong,
reliable, and efficient warehouse team • Tech-savvy with experience
using warehouse management systems (WMS) ShipBOB and other software
tools for scheduling and inventory control • Ability to forecast
needs, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions quickly and

Expected Hours: 44 hours per week Supervisory role requiring
flexibility to manage a 24/7 operation. The Logistics/Warehouse
Manager will typically work standard daytime hours (e.g., Monday to
Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM) but must be available for occasional early
mornings, late evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed to
support shift changes, peak periods, and urgent operational needs.
Pay Range $100,000—$150,000 USD Benefits: 401(k) with up to 4%
