Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Baseline Lead (CAHSR).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the execution and closeout of projects within the Program
Controls Office
Support the development and maintenance of cost estimates, project
schedules, and performance reports
Administer the change management program, tracking project progress
and identifying potential risks
Required Qualifications
Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in a relevant
field and twenty years of work-related experience, or twenty-four
years of experience without a degree
Four or more years of leadership or supervisory experience in
project execution or program controls
Strong knowledge of project cost estimation, scheduling, and
performance reporting
Proven experience in managing change management processes and risk
mitigation strategies
Familiarity with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) practices and
methodologies
