the Role: Were looking for a dynamic, driven Junior Sales
Representative to strengthen our inside sales operations and grow
with us in the booming HVAC industry. If youre passionate about

Support the sales team with lead generation, client outreach, and
proactive follow-ups Manage customer orders, assist in preparing
quotes and custom proposals Build strong product expertise and
contribute to solution-based selling strategies Partner closely
with Account Managers to nurture and expand client relationships
Collaborate with the marketing team to bring promotions and
campaigns to life What Were Looking For: At least one year of
experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Fast learner with a positive, can-do attitude and a team-first
spirit Comfortable using Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
